Returns & Exchanges

We will happily credit, refund or exchange items of the same style for a different size, providing the items meet our Terms and Conditions detailed below.

1. What You Can Return

We’re happy to accept returns for refund or exchange, provided your items meet all of the following criteria:

  • In original, unworn condition with all tags, labels and hygiene seals intact
  • No signs of wear, odors or stains (e.g. deodorant marks, fake tan, makeup)
  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Registered via our Returns Portal before shipment

Exchanges (Domestic NL & BE): Free of charge for exchanges or store credit.
Refunds (Domestic NL & BE): You’re responsible for return postage (pre-paid label available via portal).
Exchanges & Refunds (EU): You’re responsible for return postage (pre-paid label available via portal).
Refunds (Non-EU & International): You’re responsible for return postage (pre-paid label available via portal). We do not offer Exchanges for international orders.

2. How to Return Your Items

1. Register your return in the Returns Portal.

2. Choose one of:

  • Pre-paid label (download & print)
  • Your own courier (ship to the address below)*

3. Package securely, including:

  • All items, tags & hygiene seals
  • A note with your name and order number

4. Ship within 14 days of registering your return.

5. Once we receive your package in our warehouse, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 days.

*We recommend that you use a tracked and signed for service, with a courier or registered postal service to send back the goods to the address above. We suggest that you insure the goods as they are within your care. In case of dispute, we also recommend that you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt or consignment note.

  • Lingerie & Swimwear: not in their original condition, or with components missing (such as tags, labels, detachable pendants, straps, harnesses or chains)

Please note: as lingerie are intimate garments, if your items are soiled (make-up, fake tan, deodorant or personal stains), we will deem these as unacceptable for return and will post these items back to you.

  • Gift Cards (final sale)
  • Duties, VAT & Import Taxes (Non-EU & International orders): These fees are non-refundable by Phara d’Or. You must apply to your local customs authority for any rebate
