Shipping & Delivery

Phara d'Or aims to dispatch your order when placed before 16:00 within the same day of receipt of payment details, excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays in the Netherlands. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If a particular product is not in stock, or sold out, we will contact you via email to resolve the matter. Orders will be shipped from our warehouse located in the Netherlands.

Duties & Taxes Europe (NON EU) & International Shipping

For customers shipping outside of the European Union, import duties and taxes may be invoiced to you during transit as VAT and duties are not included in pricing. These charges are levied by your local customs and tax office and Phara d'Or has no say or control over them. Estimated transit times to these destinations can be subject to customs clearance. We recommend you stay up to date with your order by following the tracking to ensure delivery as soon as is possible. Import duties and taxes will remain attached to a shipment if the package is returned after non-payment and will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. If you wish to view the status and tracking of your order, please see the tracking code provided in your email.

For our shipments we use a variety of carriers at our own discretion these can include but are not limited to; DHL Parcel, Postnl, DPD.

Packaging

Luxury packaging

As standard, all Phara d'Or orders below €300.00 will be shipped in our standard Packaging. This includes either a small or medium box depending on order size. The products will be contained in tissue paper and a gift message can be added to the order at the checkout.

Orders over €300.00 qualify for Free Luxury Gift Packaging which will be automatically applied at the checkout.
