Terms and Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between you as our customer and us, Phara d'Or., Vaartweg 5, Harlingen, 8861KV, Netherlands, Commercial Register Number 91530024, VAT number NL004895195B39 (“we”, “us”, “our”, “PD”, “Phara d'Or”), via this online shop.
Phara d'Or's website Pharador.com (“our site”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the below Terms & Conditions. Please make sure you read and fully understand our Terms & Conditions before placing any orders with Phara d'Or.

- Definitions
1.1 Phara d'Or, having its registered office in Harlingen.
1.2 Customer: the party with whom Phara d'Or has entered into an agreement
1.3 Parties: Phara d'Or and the Customer together
1.4 Consumer: a Customer who is also a natural person and who acts in a private capacity
1.5 You are required to read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order. By ordering products from Phara d'Or, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Applicability of the general terms and conditions
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, offers, activities, orders, agreements and deliveries of services or products by or on behalf of Phara d'Or.
2.2 Phara d'Or is entitled to refuse orders or to request additional information. If an order is not accepted, notification will be sent without stating the reason.
2.3 Parties may deviate from these terms and conditions only if they have expressly agreed to do so in writing.
- Prices and shipping costs
3.1 All prices used by Phara d'Or are in euros and exclusive of any other costs such as administration fees, taxes and travel, shipping or transport costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise or agreed otherwise.
3.2 Invoice exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 25 of the Dutch VAT Act
3.3 Phara d'Or may at any time change all prices it applies for its products or services, whether on its website, via social media or otherwise communicated.
3.4 Increases in the cost prices of products or components thereof, which Phara d'Or could foresee at the time of making the offer or entering into the agreement, may give rise to price increases.
3.5 The Consumer has the right to terminate the agreement as a result of a price increase as referred to in clause 3.3, unless the increase is due to a statutory regulation.
3.6 If you decide to cancel part of your order, we will not refund the shipping costs.
- Payments
4.1 After placing an order, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirmation stating the total costs, including shipping costs. Payment must always be made in full in advance.
4.2 The Customer authorizes Phara d'Or to perform all acts necessary to effect payment by the chosen payment method.
- Right of withdrawal
5.1 Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery without stating a reason. Phara d'Or may request a reason, but the Customer is not obliged to provide one.
5.2 Returns may be refused at any time if they do not comply with the Phara d'Or return policy.
5.3 If you receive a gift with your order because you exceeded a certain amount, and by returning items you fall below the minimum order value or return the entire order, you must also return the gift. If you do not do so, the value of the gift will be deducted from the amount credited.
- Delivery
6.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.
6.2 Delivery of products ordered online takes place at the address specified by the Customer.
6.3 If your order is delivered to a parcel point and not collected, the purchase amount minus the shipping cost will be credited as soon as the package is returned to us, to cover our incurred costs.
- Delivery time
7.1 The delivery times stated by Phara d'Or are indicative and do not entitle the Customer to dissolution or compensation in the event of exceeding them, unless Parties have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
7.2 The delivery time commences when the Customer has fully completed the (electronic) ordering process and has received an (electronic) confirmation from Phara d'Or.
7.3 Exceeding the stated delivery time does not entitle the Customer to compensation or to terminate the agreement.
- Packaging and shipping
8.1 If the packaging of a delivered product is opened or damaged, the Customer must have the carrier note this before accepting the product; otherwise Phara d'Or cannot be held liable for any damage.
8.2 If the Customer arranges transport of a product themselves, they must report any visible damage to the products or packaging to Phara d'Or prior to transport; otherwise Phara d'Or cannot be held liable for any damage.
- Complaints
9.1 The Customer must examine a product delivered or service rendered by Phara d'Or as soon as possible for any defects.
9.2 If a delivered product or service does not meet what the Customer may reasonably expect from the agreement, the Customer must inform Phara d'Or as soon as possible, and in any event within 10 days of discovering the defects.
9.3 The Customer must provide as detailed a description of the defect as possible, including photographic evidence, so that Phara d'Or can respond adequately.
9.4 The Customer must demonstrate that the complaint relates to an agreement between the Parties.
- Amendment of the agreement
10.1 If, after concluding the agreement, it appears necessary to change or supplement its content for its execution, both Parties will timely amend the agreement accordingly in mutual consultation.
- Amendment of the general terms and conditions
11.1 Phara d'Or is entitled to amend or supplement these general terms and conditions.
11.2 Changes of minor importance may be implemented at any time.
11.3 Substantive changes will be discussed with the Customer as much as possible.
11.4 The Customer is entitled to terminate the agreement in the event of a material amendment to the general terms and conditions.
- Discounts
12.1 Discounts are valid only during the sale period and cannot be applied afterwards.
12.2 If you receive a gift with your order because you exceeded a certain amount, and by returning items you fall below the minimum order value or return the entire order, you must also return the gift. If you do not do so, the value of the gift will be deducted from the amount credited.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Expiry: All Phara d’Or gift cards expire three years from their date of issue.
Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be refunded, and any remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
Responsibility: Treat your gift card like cash. Phara d’Or is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, nor will they be replaced.
Payment Methods: You may buy gift cards using any payment method accepted on the Phara d’Or website. Gift cards cannot be purchased with another gift card or promotional code.
Multiple
Redemptions: Redeem your gift card as often as you like until its balance is fully used.
Partial Payments: If a purchase exceeds your gift card balance, you may pay the difference with any other accepted payment method.
Purchase Terms: Products bought with a gift card are subject to our standard Terms & Conditions.
Returns & Refunds: Refunds for items purchased with a gift card will be credited back onto the original card. If that card is no longer available, a new Phara d’Or gift card for the refunded amount will be issued.
Digital Delivery: Phara d’Or is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of digital gift cards due to:
- Telecommunications network failures
- Incorrect recipient details provided at purchase
- Email being marked as spam
Fraudulent Cards: Any gift card obtained through unlawful means is void and will not be honored or refunded.
Agreement to Terms: By purchasing or using a Phara d’Or gift card, you agree to these terms, which may be updated at our discretion.
