Orders placed before 15:00 CET are dispatched the same business day whenever possible.

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. If you wish to view the status and tracking of your order, please see the tracking code provided in your email.

Carriers

We work with trusted international carriers including UPS, DHL, DPD and PostNL. The carrier used depends on the destination and selected delivery service.

Packaging & privacy

Every order is shipped in discreet outer packaging, with no indication of the contents.

Orders from €150 or the equivalent in your local currency receive our signature luxury presentation: each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue, placed in a lingerie bag and presented in a magnetic gift box finished with ribbon. A personal gift message can be added where available.

For orders below €150, we use a simpler presentation while maintaining the same care, protection and discretion throughout delivery.
