At Phara d’Or, every piece is handcrafted using only the finest European materials. From intricate embroidery, delicate lace, and satin to premium elastics, 24kt gold-plated hardware, and jewellery-grade charms. These garments are designed not only to empower and inspire but to last, provided they’re treated with the care they deserve.

How to Wash Your Phara d’Or Lingerie

To preserve the quality, shape, and feel of your lingerie, hand washing is essential. Fill a basin with cool or lukewarm water and add a gentle, lingerie-specific detergent. Fasten any hooks and gently agitate the garment in the water. Let it soak for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

After rinsing, press out excess water using a clean towel, never wring or twist. Lay the garment flat to dry, and while still damp, reshape the cups and straps to maintain structure.

Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or hang your lingerie by the straps. These actions can stretch the elastic, distort the fit, and damage delicate materials.

Each piece should be washed separately to avoid friction, and we recommend removing any rings or jewellery beforehand to prevent snagging fine fabrics. Always ensure all detergent is fully rinsed out before drying.

Please note: We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that have been machine washed or improperly handled.

Special Care for Gold-Plated Details

Many Phara d’Or pieces feature 24kt gold-plated components. To maintain their brilliance and prevent tarnishing, gently wipe these parts with a clean, dry cloth after each wear or wash to remove moisture, dust, or residue.

Select styles also include a .925 silver hanger finished in 24kt gold plating. As this is a jewellery-grade detail, we advise handling it with care and avoiding any pressure that could cause bending or damage.

How Often Should You Wash Your Bra?

We recommend washing your bra every 2 to 3 wears to maintain its structure, elasticity, and softness. If you’ve been sweating, traveling, or exposed to heat and humidity, it’s best to wash it after each wear.

Avoid wearing the same bra on consecutive days. Giving your bra 24 to 48 hours to rest helps the elastic recover and extends the life of the garment. Rotating between multiple bras is one of the easiest ways to keep them in pristine condition.
